Break-ups can make or break us - as heartbreaking as they can be, everything happens for a reason.
One bloke recently showed just how much his relationship ending changed him - and it seems to have given him a new lease of life. As well as shedding the pounds, he also seems to have undergone a hair transplant. He looks so much younger, and people can't believe the difference it's made to his image. The pictures sure did leave the ladies swooning when he shared them on Reddit. The man wrote: "Hi! This is my progress from a post-breakup glow up. Hair loss and weight loss are a bit over a year of progress, and I started lifting one year ago as of Sunday!"
Before his transformation began, his hair was thinning on the top. He was also bigger, and didn't look as happy within himself. Now, he's a totally new man, with lushious locks, a fit body and a hunky new style. When it comes to glow ups, it's fair to say he's had a pretty good one, and people can't get over it online. Hundreds of people have commented to tell him how great he looks, as they think the transformation is amazing.
Some even claimed he looked up to 10 years younger thanks to the major lifestyle adjustments. The last picture took many people by surprise. One person wrote: "This is the greatest glow up of all time. I guess some people wouldn't even recognize you." Another added: "I’ve never had my mouth drop from a glow up post. This is crazyyyy." A third replied: "Honestly I can hardly believe this is the same person ... Like what magic is this." Meanwhile, a fourth commented: "WOOOOOW!!!! This is The Best glow up I’ve seen here, by a landslide. Several landslides, in fact. Wow."
People were also keen to hear why the pair broke up, and he admitted it wasn't the girl's fault. Responding to one of the comments, the bloke explained: "No, haha. It's interesting. We broke up because she wasn't that interested in me (obviously) and it ate me up inside. As a result, I pushed her away, so it's not her fault. She's not a bad person or anything, just a catalyst for me to change."

It's fair to say, he underwent a big change indeed, as people have been left absolutely mindblown by how different he looks. It just goes to show how much you can alter your image if you put the work in. Many people claimed the pictures were so dramatic, it caused them to "gasp". A lot of jaws were left on the floor after the pictures were revealed to the world.
One person said: "God damn sir. Was this to spite your ex in any way because if I was your ex, I would feel spited haha." Another chimed in with: "Awesome progress man, especially with the hair. I'm 24 (turning 25 in July) and currently dealing with diffuse thinning, but I'm not able to afford any treatments." One more wrote: "Damn the last photo made my jaw drop. Definitely wasn’t expecting that. You look completely different, congratulations you look great!"
