Reddit user @u/alexlove13 decided to publish the picture to vent their frustration.

The picture was uploaded along with the description: "My neighbour, who is able-bodied and is not registered for disability, constantly parks in the disabled spot even if other spots nearby are open.

"We live in Georgia. She will sit in a spot nearby till it opens to make sure she can claim it if it's blocked for whatever reason."

Parking your car illegally in a disabled parking bay in the UK could cost the driver a fine of up to £80.

The post on reddit has attracted more than 4,300 comments.

Most users say that the original poster should contact the local council and they would tow her car.

One said: "Your community has a towing company. Call them they will tow her car and she can deal with the tow company over parking in a clearly defined handicapped spot."

Another said: "Keep calling to have it towed so she gets the message."

A third person asked the user: "Why haven’t you called non-emergency, or have it towed?

The Reddit user answered: "I have anxiety and didn't know how all that stuff worked down here.

"I'm originally from Seattle. I'm planning on calling the next time I see her car in the spot, which is most likely tonight because that's the only spot she parks in."
