HAVING sold over £1.3 million worth of goods online in the last seven years, Dylan Jahraus knows a thing or two about side hustles.

The mum-of-two says her decision to flog products online was “life changing” - but she believes anyone can be successful doing it if they put their mind to it.

In fact, Dylan claims that her tried-and-tested strategies are a fail safe way to make £1,500 a day.

“I’m a multi-six figure Etsy seller, yes, but I’m also a military spouse and a mum of two small boys,” she says.

“Creating a multi-six figure Etsy shop was life changing for our future.

“It set our family up to build the generational wealth we had dreamed of by the time we were in our early thirties.

“My entire background is corporate e-commerce where I worked for companies like Zappos and Zulily.

“Now I sell on Etsy, Amazon and Shopify.

“I’m a very practical, level-headed person and you’ll find that in my clear-cut strategies.

“No fluff. Just profitable action steps.

“I love helping other Etsy sellers and prospective Etsy sellers build the financial freedom that they dream of.

“Because at the end of the day, financial freedom is about having options - and now I get to lead other entrepreneurs down that path.”

Dylan has three key strategies to achieve success selling products online, which she shared in a recent episode of her podcast, Etsy Seller Success.

“These are three very different strategies so choose which one you like best,” she recommended.

“Or try all three.”

Strategy 1

Dylan urged online sellers to have a mix of products listed on their sites.

This will help drive up order numbers and revenue, she claims.

“You need different listings with different purposes,” the entrepreneur explained.

“This point is about those listings which are going to scale your revenue.

“Ideally, some of these products will be £400 or more.

“It’s really easy to have £1,500 days when you sell just a few of those items.”

Strategy 2

Dylan also recommended selling to sports teams as a way to up your revenue.

That’s because going after a group of people who know each other will guarantee more sales thanks to word of mouth.

She even suggested door knocking in search of sports teams that might require some of the products you’re selling.

“Teams have already proven that they’re willing to spend a lot of money on some expensive hobby, sport or activity,” Dylan explained.

“So, buying something in alignment with their current spending habits is an easy decision for them.”

Strategy 3

Dylan’s third strategy for making £1,500 a day on Etsy, Amazon and Spotify was centred around data.

She urged sellers to fill product descriptions with buzz words that shoppers will always be searching for.

“This is what I’ve done with my shop,” she said.

“The idea is less competition with yourself and more visibility overall.

“We need you to show up in the maximum number of search results.”
