OLGA Garcia is best known for being a Spanish footballer and she's putting her passion to good use.

The star is set to join the line-up for Soccer Aid 2024. Here's what we known about the sportswoman.

Who is Olga Garcia?

Olga Garcia was born in Catalonia on June 1, 1992.

She's had a love for football ever since she was a child and first started playing for clubs La Penya Blac i Brava La Roca and FC Mataró.

She joined the youth team at FC Barcelona in 2003 when she was 11 years old, making her senior debut in 2010.

In 2013, Olga signed for Levante, before returning to Barcelona two years later.

At Barcelona her honours included two leagues, four Copas de la Reina and six Copas Catalunya.

She played two seasons at Atlético Madrid from 2018, before signing for Logroño in 2020.

Garcia's international career started as an under 17.

She made her senior Spain team debut in November 2015 and earned 32 caps, scoring five times.

The footballer only retired from the game in 2024 after a 21 year career which saw her win 12 titles at Barcelona.

Which Soccer Aid team will Olga Garcia play for?

Garcia will be playing for the World XI team at Soccer Aid 2024.

She will be joined by plenty of other famous faces such as Tommy Fury, Roman Kemp, Lee Mack, Tony Bellew, Usain Bolt and Martin Compston.

Garcia will be hoping that she adds another win to her record as she could be in to win a medal if the team is victorious.

There is no prize money up for grabs due to the profits going to Unicef.

World XI won in 2023 which makes it five years since England have lifted the trophy.

How to watch Soccer Aid

You can tune in to watch Soccer Aid on Sunday June 9, 2024.

The match will kick off at 7.30pm at Stamford Bridge.

You will be able to watch the event live for free on ITV and STV.

Presenters Dermot O'Leary and Alex Scott will once again be fronting the show as well as Sam Matterface commentating.
