CBS SPORTS’ pundits introduced themselves to viewers on live TV in a “cringey” segment on Tuesday night.
Thierry Henry, Jamie Carragher and Micah Richards were tasked with coming up with some buzz phrases ahead of Borussia Dortmund’s win over Paris Saint-Germain.

Abdo usually introduces the team before each game, garnishing them with a funny phrase or piece of information.

And the fan favourite revealed each pundit would be introducing themselves in what was bound to be a “cringey” spectacle.
Abdo noted: “It’s going to be one of those cringey meetings where everyone introduces themselves down the line.”
Henry then went first, saying: “Hello America, this is Thierry, I’m a pain in the neck, Henry, always for the good of the team.
“I live in London but I’m French. That’s about it from me, enjoy the show.”

Abdo interjected: “Should we not say World Cup winner, Euros winner, Champions League winner, Premier League winner?”
Henry added: “No, that’s it, stay in your lane.”
Richards went next, saying: “They call me Meeks, Big Meeks. The original to burst onto the scene.
“Not only that, England’s youngest ever defender. Not only that, FA Cup winner, Premier League winner and pundit extraordinaire.”

The Liverpool legend, who had a hilarious interview with Jadon Sancho, said: “Jamie Carragher, I’m a Borussia Dortmund fan right now.

Abdo also had a go introducing herself, adding: “Hi, my name’s Kate. I’m British but sound American from time to time.
“I’m just here to read the prompter, according to Jamie Carragher, but don’t even do that so well at times.
“Here we are, it’s nice to be with you, thanks for joining us today.”
