A former Big Brother housemate has announced her engagement and the news has been met with well wishes from fellow reality TV stars on social media this week.
Lateysha Grace, 31 - who rose to fame on the Valleys, before appearing on shows like Big Brother and Celebrity Ex on the Beach - shared the news on Monday. She posted a video to Instagram that showed the recent proposal. The reality TV star, who is understood to have not revealed the identity of her partner, wrote about the experience in the accompanying caption. She told her followers on the platform that the proposal came as part of a "magical day".
She wrote: "Still in a bubble. The most amazing magical day and soo worth the wait. I said yes to the love of my life!" Lateysha further commented in the caption of the post: "I'm so grateful and thankful to god for these blessings in life." The former housemate - who appeared on Channel 5's version of the show in 2016 - went on to express gratitude to those who were involved. Tagging them in the caption, she wrote in the post: "And not to forget the amazing people that were involved in making this day so special."
Lateysha thanked a party planner for the "incredible" set-up, with her saying: "[It was] everything I could of wished for and more!" She also thanked the photographer, writing in the message to them: "You captured such beautiful moments! Something we can treasure for the rest of our life."

The video that accompanied the caption showed the proposal, which appeared to have taken place on the grounds of a mansion. A neon sign in the area read: "Will you marry me?" Her fiancé was seen getting down on one knee in the video and Lateysha later showcased the engagement ring.
The post was met with reaction from several fellow celebrities, including Love Island's Shaughna Phillips. She wrote in a comment: "My heart. Congratulations to the most beautiful family, you deserve all the happiness."
She wasn't the only former islander to address the news in the comments section of the post this week. Anna Vakili wrote: "Congrats babyyyy girl. Sooo happy for you." Clarisse Juliettè reacted: "Congratulations babe."
Other reality TV stars also congratulated Lateysha on the news. Geordie Shore's Marnie Simpson wrote: "Beautiful. Congratulations." The Only Way is Essex cast member Junaid Ahmed commented: "Congratulations beautiful."
