Sienna says her partner is "very wise and well-adjusted"

There are surely many perks to dating a toyboy, but Sienna Miller says younger men have a much more “respectful” attitude than older generations.

Although the actress, 42, admits she found it “annoying” when she realised she was falling in love with a younger man, but was impressed by his attitude, and the attitude of his peers towards women.

Sienna’s boyfriend Oli Green, 27, is father to her youngest daughter, who was born in January. The Horizon star tells Harper’s Bazaar: “There is a difference in the way that generation of men respect women. It’s specific to him, he is very wise and well-adjusted, but I do believe it’s also that generation.

“They have grown up with a slightly more level playing field. I see it in his female friends as well as in the men.”

But the pair’s relationship took her by surprise, as she admits: “I didn’t expect to take it seriously and then quite quickly, I fell in love. I wasn’t like, ‘I’m gonna get a younger boyfriend.’ It was more, ‘F***! Why are you young? That’s so annoying.”’

Sienna also has an 11-year-old daughter, Marlowe, with ex-Tom Sturridge.
