It can be all too easy to doom scroll on social media and talk yourself out of wearing that dress or bikini you've been saving for summer, all because you've seen heavily filtered and edited pictures on your feed.

But one body positive influencer is making it her mission to get you to "trust" her before summer, saying that regardless of what you see on Instagram or TikTok, everyone is "beautiful" in their own way.

TikTok user @julietsiegel took to the video sharing app with a short clip, which was captioned: "It's so hard to see people on your FYP [for you page] and not compare yourself, but just know you are BEAUTIFUL."

Juliet said that "the internet is full of edited bodies", and you just need to scroll through your feed to see that this is true. But sometimes, when you see an influx of smoothed-out hourglass figures, it can be all too easy to believe your body is the problem.

She then urged people: "Don't compare yourself to those on your FYP", as she stepped away from the camera showing her soft, unfiltered stomach while she wore a green crop top and matching leggings set.

Juliet then turned to the side and showed that bodies have rolls and softness, and move with you, as she smiled at the camera saying "this is your safe space" to her followers.

In other videos, she reminds people: "No matter what anyone else says, you're all beautiful", and her comments sections are always full of people telling her that she "will always slay". One commented on this most recent video: "You're my idol, I love you so much."

Another TikTok user said: "Ok you just made me ten times happier!" A third wrote: "Wow the green looks so good on you!" And a fourth wrote: "I love youuu you’re so pretty."
