A woman stripped down to her bikini to prove the parts of ourselves we often dislike are "just girlie things".
Karina Irby is known for promoting body positivity online, and people love how authentic she is when it comes to body image. The bikini model and designer, who is the CEO of the brand Moana Swim, took to her Instagram page to remind people that everyone has so-called "imperfections".
She recently stripped down to a multi-coloured bikini to flaunt her body in a candid video. In the clip, she showed what our bodies do that help us to "be a girl", as we all have areas that we don't deem to be "perfect".
These things include cellulite, "squishy tummies", bloating and cramps, "jiggly thighs" and rolls. But, even though we may not like everything we see all the time, Karina wants us to know it's important to embrace these parts of ourselves.

Writing on Instagram at the time, Karina said: "A carousel of my insecurities. My legs - People staring at my legs in public will never get easy and unnoticed. Tummy - As much as I appreciate it, I still find myself judging it the most. My face - My biggest insecurity. I’d love perfect glass skin.
