Just a tweak of accessories and footwear could take the outfit from day to nighttime, especially with strict luggage allowances eating into how many clothes we can take on our next holiday.

We have whittled down our five favourites we plan to live in all summer long. Get them before they go.

We are all familiar with LBD but come the summer months it's all about the LWD to show off your golden tan.

The White Broderie Anglaise Shift Alessandra Mini Dress has been made from organic cotton, and features a square neckline and thin straps, while the zip fastening is concealed to make this look even more luxe.

The white dress also has the added detail in the form of broderie anglaise, which adds a little extra fun to the style and elevates the look to be more than a little white dress.

White Fitted A-line Marina Midi Dress, £85, Nobody's Child

BUY HERE FOR £85

We previously mentioned we love a white mini dress, but we are also fond of a midi dress, and this Nobody's Child number is the one - plus it nails the "balletcore" trend.

The A-Line Marina dress is made from organic cotton, which, combined with the floaty A-line skirt makes for a lightweight, breathable, and uber-flattering design.

While the skirt flares out, the top is inspired by a fitted corset to enhance your assets and cinch in your waist before flaring out.

The back boasts a slightly low back, which adds another feminine touch to the design.

3. Black Gingham Ruffle Tiered Rosalia Maxi Dress

Black Gingham Ruffle Tiered Rosalia Maxi Dress, £99, Nobody's Child

BUY HERE FOR £99

Gingham is a hugely popular print in the spring and summer months, which is why we recommend stocking up on at least one gingham dress to wear every summertime and time again.

TheBlack Gingham Ruffle Tiered Rosalia Maxi Dress is a spin on the classic puff sleeve dresses, where the dress features tiered detail down the skirt, as well as a slight flare on the sleeves.

The ruffle dress features a shirred detail across the bust for a flattering fit, before floating out into the skirt and sleeves, for a smock-style, which means this dress delivers on comfort and style.

Pair with trainers for a preppy look, flat sandals, or wedges for a more glamorous twist.

4. Forest Green Puff Sleeve Evelyn Midi Dress

The Forest Green Puff Sleeve Evelyn Midi Dress is a staple for the summer months and a classic Nobody's Child style everyone needs to stock up on.

It's great for summer parties, it's the ideal wedding guest look, as well as everyday wear too - simply switch up the accessories from flat sandals to a pair of gold thong heels or wedges.

We love the puff sleeve, and structured upper body, but the flared cut and loose-fitting skirt also makes the Evelyn Midi dress super feminine and flattering.

5. Brown Stripe Bandeau Theodora Midaxi Dress

Brown Stripe Bandeau Theodora Midaxi Dress, £89, Nobody's Child

BUY HERE FOR £89

We have seen the Theodora Midaxi dress on Instagram and we are obsessed.

The brown and cream stripe make a welcome alternative to all-black dresses, or polka dots, plus the vertical stripe gives the illusion of an elongated and slimmer frame.

The cotton skirt is midi in length and strapless, however, it does come with removable spaghetti straps if you do want a little more support.

The bandeau dress is snug around the bust to stay up, while the skirt flares out into an A-line cut for a super flattering look.

Plus, this dress also features pockets, and who doesn't love pockets?

Pair with gold, raffia, or cream heels, and matching accessories, and it's the ultimate summer look.
