On Friday May 10 they visited the Lightwell Academy in Nigeria's capital city Abuja which has received donations from their charity Archewell and met with a group of young students at the school.

The clip - originally uploaded on Instagram by People magazine reporter Simon Perry - was then re-posted around by fans of the couple who were keen to share the touching moment. Simon captioned the post: "Jump up, turn around for Harry and Meghan with the youngest children at Lightway Academy, Abuja, Nigeria today."

One fan wrote on TikTok: "The most adorable royals I'm crying," with the clip gaining over 12000 likes and 300 comments. Other fans then heaped praise on the pair with one writing: "You see why I love these two, they are just so fun and relatable." Another commented: "They're genuinely having fun connecting with people. it's just straight authenticity from these two."

A third social media user then joked that Meghan needed to help Harry with his co-ordination as they posted: "Meghan you need to teach Harry left from right. This is so funny watching you two." While at the school Harry gave a moving speech on the topic of mental health.

During his speech, Harry spoke about how mental health is "still something we are relatively unsure of". Harry said: "Every single person in this room, the youngest, the oldest, every single person has mental health. So therefore, you have to look after yourself in order to be able to help other people, other people have to look after themselves in order to be able to look after you. That's the way it works."

Elsewhere in his speech, the Duke of Sussex added: "Every single one of those things is completely normal. It is a human reaction, whether it's grief, stress, whatever the feeling is, it comes from experiences you have had." Harry stressed how anyone can suffer from mental health issues "on any given day".

The Sussexes were invited to Nigeria by the Chief of Defence Staff, General Christopher Musa, who met Harry last September at the Invictus Games in Düsseldorf, Germany. Their invite came after Meghan found out about her Nigerian heritage.
