A CHILDREN'S TV star is unrecognisable almost 20 years on from their hit Disney show as they showed off their ripped physique.
The Suite Life of Zack & Cody aired on the Disney Channel from 2005 to 2008 and starred Cole and Dylan Sprouse in the titular roles.
The series also included actor Adrian R'Mante as Esteban Ramirez, the hotel's bellhop.
While Esteban was clean-shaven and had a slim physique, Adrian is now ripped with a perfectly groomed short beard.
The actor - who has two children - also shows off his heavily tattooed and toned arms in his Instagram snaps.

Adrian has continued to act since The Suite Life ended, appearing in CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, Hawaii Five-0, and Magnum P.I.
Adrian previously opened up about playing Esteban and the legacy the show has left.
He told The Wrap: "I respect and love the character that I’ve created. And I understand the impact I’ve had on several generations.
“So I’m okay with it. There’s like, certain characters where people just, you know, don’t want to own what they did when they were younger or in the past, because they don’t want to be stereotyped.
"But for me, I am blessed to have had that experience. You know what I mean? So Esteban is a big part of my life and I love it.”
He added to the show's fans: "Thank you for loving The Suite Life of Zack and Cody, thank you for all the support you’ve given us.
“Every one of us, all the cast members, have gone on to do great things.
"And we’re all very positive people and we love our fans, and this is why it’s a good time to talk to you.
"So [we] appreciate all the love you guys have given us.”
