SHE'S married to one of the world's toughest men and is certainly no pushover herself - but when it comes to beauty and skincare, Tyson Fury's wife Paris knows care and a soft touch is required.

And the 34-year-old will no doubt look fabulous this weekend if ringside supporting boxing heavyweight world champ 'Gypsy King' Tyson as he takes on Oleksandr Usyk in the first undisputed heavyweight title clash since 1999.

And it's all thanks to her carefully thought-out - yet affordable - beauty regime she always makes time for, even when run ragged looking after her seven-strong brood of kids.

Despite youngest son Prince Rico Paris Fury being just six months old, Paris never has a strand of hair out of place when she posts naturally beautiful family snaps to her 1.8m Instagram followers.

The couple also share Venezuela, 13, Prince John James, 11, Prince Tyson II, seven, Valencia, five, Prince Adonis, four, and two-year-old Athenan, and both regularly share updates about their lives in their £1.7 million home in Morecambe, Lancs.

According to Paris - who's been with Tyson since she was 16 - keeping pride in your appearance is something that was always instilled in her from a young age, thanks to her gypsy roots.

Writing in her autobiography, How Does She Do It she said: “Taking pride in your appearance shouldn’t depend on being conventionally slim or attractive.

“I reckon you can make the best of yourself, whatever your shape or size.”

But having a big family like she does, fresh-faced Paris has also proved she’s only human, previously admitting at times things can 'slip' on the school run.

Speaking exclusively to Fabulous, Paris said: “I haven’t done it that many times, but there have been occasions where I’ve been in my pyjamas when I am running late.”

So just how does this glowing mum do it? Her pictures show that it’s clear she spends a lot of time focusing on her natural skincare routine, rather than using mountains of makeup.

Here, YASMIN HARISHA takes a deep dive into her beauty regime - from a £2 face cream to using soap for her face wash, some of them may surprise you...

Scrap 'fancy creams & potions'

According to her autobiography, Paris believes in the “less is more” approach.

So despite being a millionaire she doesn’t like to use the expensive, “fancy creams and potions.”

The Loose Woman star also revealed that her grandmother taught her to use a mild soap to wash her face too.

This is so it doesn’t strip the natural oils from her skin.

Swears by a £2 high street staple

Instead of spending a fortune on products from fancy brands, Paris often chooses to buy high street favourites.

She's actually a big fan of the Nivea Soft cream, which just costs £2 from Boots stores.

She will apply it to her skin, and believes that “makeup goes on really well afterwards.”

'Ready to face the world' in a flash

Rather than using a foundation, Paris opts for Leichner Tinted moisturiser - which costs £6.78 from Amazon

She has been using it since she was 15, and learned about the product from her grandmother and her mother.

It is a “dark brown moisturiser which you blend in and it goes quite tanned.”

She then adds the bPerfect The Perfect Storm palette which costs £18.96 from bPerfect Cosmetics.

Its website says the product will “bronze, shape and illuminate” your face with their “four essential shades to complete every base.”

I reckon you can make the best of yourself, whatever your shape or size

Paris then adds a little bit of the Benefit eyebrow gel for fluffy eyebrows, which still gives a “natural sort of look”.

She finishes her makeup look off with Mac Taupe lipstick, which costs £25 from Boots.

Talking about the makeup products, Paris said that after spending two minutes applying these she is “ready to face the world.”

No SPF, no sunshine

And one thing is for certain, Paris “always makes sure to wear SPF.”

Skincare experts at Dr Kurzman agree with wearing a high sunscreen everyday, “no matter your skin tone” as it will help save people years of visible damage later on.

They say it will help prevent ageing and wrinkles, which can be caused due to excessive exposure to the sun.

Paris is sensible because The Skin Care Foundation, estimates that 90 percent of ageing comes from the hours you spend in the sun.

Hair wash 'twice a week'

According to Paris’s autobiography, she only washes her hair  “twice a week” and will “invest in a hair masque” to help keep her dyed hair looking and feeling healthy.

And although many might think Paris invests in extensions due to her enviously luscious thick locks, all her hair is her own.

Paris previously shared on her Instagram that she gets “layers and bangs” cut whilst at the hairdressers.

She gets her hair done in Lancaster city salon Heaton Hair, which is a “bespoke unisex salon.”

And she doesn't pay sky high prices like some celebrities because cuts starts at £34 for women.

Nail trend 'regret'

According to her autobiography, Paris prefers to get acrylics done as she is “always biting them, especially when Tyson is fighting.”

She regularly updates her followers with different colours and styles she gets, and more recently Paris told how she had “serious” regret after hopping onto a nail trend.

Taking to Instagram, she revealed that she had a five-colour combo which included blue on her thumb, yellow on her index finger, pink on her middle finger, green on her ring finger and lilac on her pinky finger.

But there was one blaring issue - she wanted the colours to be pastel and they weren’t.

Work-out 'monster'

Paris doesn’t make excuses for herself when it comes to looking after her body either.

It seems she may have learned a thing or two from her husband Tyson, as she is partial to a bit of boxing.

In a video she once uploaded to her Instagram, Paris could be seen wearing UFC gloves as she threw some shots at a punch bag.

Working up a sweat alongside Tyson, the pair were put through their paces by Tyson’s strength and conditioning coach Kristian Blacklock.

Last year, after having her youngest son, Paris revealed the secret to her svelte figure, revealing how she’d been to the gym “three times a week since January.”

And previously, the couple shared an Instagram live fitness class at 9am, six days a week, during covid.

Paris kept up with her husband's gruelling 700 ab reps, with Tyson praising her hard work.

He said: "She is fitter than me, outdoing me now, I have created a monster.

"You're fit, you're fit as a fiddle. Honestly, you'd outwork a lot of boxers, she would outwork a lot of boxers.

"She's fit as a fiddle, you got fit Paris I tell you that! In six-seven weeks you got amazingly fit."
