THIS Morning star Josie Gibson shared a glimpse of her trip to Ireland with horseback riding and stunning beach visits - including a dip in the sea.
The TV presenter is seen galloping through hills and across the sand as she revealed her impressive riding skills.
Josie, 39, told fans: "Serious holiday blues after this one...
"Me and the girls had a long weekend in Westport, County Mayo Ireland.
"We all said it was the best weekend away we've ever had."

The star added: "The beauty of the place steals your heart."
Comments poured in beneath Josie's post, with one fan writing: "You got lovely weather, glad you enjoyed our lovely country!"
Another said: "You will have to come back and visit more of the Country especially Co. Clare where I'm from. It's gorgeous. And Kerry and Cork and Donegal are amazing as well."

It comes as Josie revealed her recent surgery.
The star had a laser procedure to get rid of a long-standing issue.
She said: "Every time I get run down, I end up with tonsillitis.
"I ended up in hospital in December and over the years my right tonsil has been getting bigger… well no more my friends… bye bye ball bag tonsil."
Sharing videos of her doctor from inside a clinic, she explained she was using laser technology instead of a full tonsillectomy, which she “didn’t have space in the diary to recover from”
