Arsenal need a final day swing if they are to be Premier League champions.
The Gunners head into the 38th game of the season sitting second and there has never been a final day change at the top with Manchester City in pole position. Mikel Arteta saw his side finish second last term and, despite an improved effort, look poised to finish there once again.
It has been 20 years since the north Londoners last landed the top flight title but they will need a favour from West Ham if they are to repeat the feat.

Arteta has admitted he does see himself returning to Spain at some point. Arteta has just over a year left on his contract at the Emirates and the club want to retain him long-term.

The Spaniard was linked to the Barcelona job after Xavi confirmed he would be leaving at the end of the season and he has now revealed he would like to return to his homeland one day.
Arteta has said: "I have always thought that one day I will return. My home draws me a lot, our way of living, of getting together, the culture – and that means I always have it in my head. But I am happy here [at Arsenal ], happy with how they treat me, and I really enjoy my job. But someday I suppose it will come, I'm not going to be away for my whole life."

Midfielder Mohamed Elneny has announced his Gunners exit. The Egyptian, 31 and currently the club's longest serving player, will leave the Emirates on a free transfer this summer.
Elneny, a popular member of the squad, has rarely featured for boss Mikel Arteta this term and leaves after 161 appearances in all competitions for the club, since arriving in January 2016.
Speaking on Friday, in a heartfelt video addressed to Arsenal fans on social media, Elneny said: "Gooners, I'm here today to send you a message, to say goodbye and thank you for everything you've done for me. The love, the support and the kindness. I'm really going to miss you so much and you'll be in my heart forever.

Arteta insists he'll forever be indebted to David Moyes if he can do his side a favour on the final day of the season. Moyes is set to take his West Ham side to Manchester on Sunday with the Gunners hoping the Scot can get done them the biggest of favours.
Arsenal need to beat Everton and hope City draw or lose against West Ham to secure their first Premier League title in two decades. Arteta worked under Moyes when he was a player at Merseyside but will be making no efforts to contact his former boss.
He said: "No I don't think I need to do that. He's been instrumental in my career. Not just as a footballer, but as a person. If he could help us to fulfil our dream he'll always be in my memory that's for sure."
Moyes has also rejected the idea that Declan Rice, the former Hammer, will be a motivating factor. He said: "Everybody here loves Declan and remembers him but we're not doing it for Declan. We're doing it for ourselves, do the best we can."
