Manchester City and Arsenal have long tracked former Chelsea man Guehi, who Palace are expecting bids for this summer.

Riad, 20, joined Betis from Barcelona last summer and the Spanish giants are expected to get a cut of the deal.

It is expected to be a busy summer for Crystal Palace following their superb end to the season under Oliver Glasner.

The Austrian boss is confident the club can keep hold of their star men, with great interest in Eberechi Eze and Michael Olise as well as Guehi.

Palace have no need to sell for financial reasons, but their long term plan with all three players was to sell them for a huge profit when they arrived.

Asked about the future of his stars following Sunday's 5-0 win over Aston Villa, Glasner said: "I am very confident we can keep them because they have a contract and they are here.

"No one has told me that they will leave.

"We all did what we can do as Crystal Palace. We've shown them ambition, how we want to play, how we want to go and the journey we want to go on.

"They can play a crucial part in it, they can show their qualities, strengths and personalities.

"They can express themselves. It fits together. This is what we can do.

"If something else happens it is part of football.

"Crystal Palace will be able to build a new Selhurst because it is a lot of money."
