Brian Dowling Gourounlian paid tribute to his sister Aoife Dowling this week following the family's latest baby shower.
The presenter, 46, and his husband Arthur Gourounlian, 44, announced just a few months ago that they are expecting another baby together. Brian's younger sister Aoife, 35, is understood to be a surrogate for the couple again, after having previously carried their daughter Blake, now one.
Ahead of the "imminent" arrival of the baby, Brian - known for having won Big Brother in 2001, before later hosting it - was joined by family and friends at a baby shower in Ireland this weekend. He has posted about the special occasion on Instagram, with him having shared photos with his followers.
Those in attendance, who included family and friends, were seen having coordinated in white outfits for the event, having adhered to the "theme". One of the photos showed Brian posing beside his pregnant sister Aoife, professional dancer Arthur and toddler Blake at the venue in Dublin.
Alongside the photo, which was shared as part of a joint post with his husband, Brian discussed the event. He wrote in the recent post: "[We] felt all the LOVE & SUPPORT today as we celebrated our pending baby's arrival."

Brian's sister Aoife Dowling is understood to be a surrogate for the couple again, after having previously carried Blake (bprdowling/Instagram)He continued by paying tribute to his sister, writing: "This was also a day where we all got to CELEBRATE you [Aoife] in all your glory. We are all in awe of you Aoife. Your love, your strength, your courage." Brian concluded by writing about his sibling: "You are 1 IN A MILLION. We LOVE YOU."
Prior to the event on Saturday, Brian and Arthur had shared another joint post on the platform in which they teased the baby shower. The couple also told fans that it was being held ahead of the "imminent arrival" of their baby.
Sharing their plans, Brian wrote in his initial post earlier this week: "Baby Dowling Gourounlian Number 2, let's go & CELEBRATE you & your imminent arrival. It's Baby Shower Time. Our theme is white, so what could possibly go wrong?"
He continued in the caption: "I'm also wearing the exact same fabulous espadrilles I wore to Blake's shower in 2022 & we all know how that ended." Brian concluded at the time: "We can't wait to CELEBRATE with all our family & friends."
Brian and Arthur - who is a judge on Dancing with the Stars in Ireland - announced that they were expecting another baby in March. The couple, who have been married since 2015, shared the news in respective posts on Instagram.
Sharing the news with his followers, Brian wrote: "Our family is going to get bigger. [We] are so excited about the arrival of Baby Dowling Gourounlian number 2 this summer. We have already been so blessed with Blake, and we can't believe how lucky we are as parents to welcome another baby to our family. Blake is going to be the BEST BIG SISTER EVER."
