Chanelle Hayes shared an honest post about her 'summer body' as she showcased her changing figure.
The 36-year-old Big Brother star gained and lost weight over the years, going from a size six to 18 at one point. She lost 10 stone after undergoing a gastric sleeve operation. Over the weekend, she took to her Instagram page to share a compilation of pictures of herself over the years at different weights.
She titled the video: "POV: You've been every size," before a slew of pictures of her at the beach and at the swimming pool were shown on the screen. The reality star captioned the video: "What even is a summer body anyway?! I had a lovely time on every single one of these holidays and I ranged from size 6-18 (to pregnant!).
"I’ve chosen all blue bikinis because sometimes our body image makes us feel blue. I wish I could tell my younger self to just enjoy every single moment because it’s the memories that counts. Not the bikini size. Do you feel body confident?" Friends and fans rushed to the comment section to compliment the TV personality.
One friend wrote: "Known u through all these pics and yr personally stays the hilarious loving way! Its the person on the inside that counts a u are a Diamond! Love u," while another fan added: "Love this and your total honesty and realistic attitude … we have so so much unrealistic pressure to look fabulous…

The former reality star previously opened up about the struggles she faced with binge eating during the first lockdown in 2020. Chanelle has been candid about the toll it took on her body, admitting that her weight had spiralled out of control.
However, she has since lost nine stone after undergoing a gastric sleeve operation in the summer of 2020. Speaking about her weight gain, she said: "It was horrendous. I didn't want to see or speak to anyone. I didn't even want to leave the house or go anywhere - I was like a hermit in my home."
The Big Brother star added that the ordeal left her feeling isolated and alone, saying: "I didn't speak to anyone for a year. I literally saw nobody, so I definitely didn't have a love life. I didn't even have a life. I just couldn't bear to do anything."
