Liverpool are currently keeping one eye on Euro 2024 in Germany.

Several Reds’ stars are in action at the tournament. While Arne Slot will be keeping on top of how his current players are getting on, he will also be taking an interest in the tournament for another reason.

Liverpool could do with a clutch of signings ahead of next season, and could even move for some of the Euros’ standout performers. They could face competition from a number of their Premier League rivals.

Rumours are already beginning to swirl. Take a look at the standout rumours and confirmed moves from Anfield:

Yoro bid rejected

Lille defender Leny Yoro is one of the hottest defensive properties in Europe right now. And Liverpool are determined to be in the discussion for his services.

According to Spanish outlet Mundo Deportivo, the Reds have already lodged a bid worth €50million (£42m) to sign the Frenchman. However, that has not gone down well with the French side.

Lille have rejected that offer out of hand and will only entertain bids of around €60million (£50.7m). The ball is now in Liverpool’s court over whether to up their offer.

They could face competition from elsewhere in Europe. Manchester United have added him to their shortlist, while Spanish giants Real Madrid are also interested.

Reds handed Kvaratskhelia boost

Liverpool’s chances of signing Napoli star Khvicha Kvaratskhelia have been handed a significant boost. The Georgian winger’s agent has confirmed that his client wants to leave the Serie A side.

Speaking to Sport Imedi via La Gazzetta dello Sport, Mamuka Jugeli said: “I don’t want people to think that Kvara wants to stay at Napoli. We want to leave, but we are waiting for the end of the Euros so as not to disturb Khvicha. The priority is to join a team that plays in the Champions League."

Napoli have already responded by pointing out that Kvaratskhelia remains under contract in Naples. Liverpool have been linked with a move for the 2023 Serie A winner in the past.

Liverpool target completes audition

From one winger to another, Belgian wideman Johan Bakayoko made an early transfer audition as his nation kicked off their Euros. Bakayoko shone for PSV Eindhoven last term, deservedly earning a spot in the Belgium squad.

It has been claimed that new Liverpool boss Slot has approved a move for the 21-year-old. He is seen as a potential replacement for Mohamed Salah at Anfield.

Bakayoko has been linked with a move to England in the past - Burnley and Brentford both credited with an interest. Belgium got their Euros campaign underway against Slovakia in Group E.
