BASTIAN SCHWEINSTEIGER shocked footie fans with an out-of-place comment about Cristiano Ronaldo's girlfriend Georgina Rodriguez.
The former Manchester United man was working as a pundit for German broadcaster ARD during Portugal's Euro 2024 Group F match with the Czech Republic on Tuesday night.
Footage of Ronaldo's son - Cristiano Jr - celebrating his 14th birthday earlier this week was aired by the broadcaster during their coverage of the game.
In the clip, Rodriguez - who was donning a crop top and tight shorts - embraced Cristiano Jr - who was wearing Germany's away shirt - as she showered him with gifts.

Schweinsteiger was quick to comment, telling presenter Esther Sedlaczek: "Thereâs something going on with them."
A perplexed Sedlaczek replied by asking the former Germany midfielder: "What does that tell us now?"
Schweinsteiger responded by saying: "Where are you looking?"
Realising Schweinsteiger's eyes were wandering, Sedlaczek replied: "Oh, Basti."
"On the jersey. On the jersey of the German national team."
The exchange went viral, with one footie fan commenting: "Basti briefly lost his composure."

Another said: "Such a rascal, Basti."
And another said with a laughing emoji: "I would have loved to have seen the expression on Basti's face."
One remarked: "That's my GOAT."

Schweinsteiger's wandering eye could get him in trouble with his wife - retired tennis star Ana Ivanovic.
The couple tied the knot in July 2016 and have three children together.
Ronaldo failed to get on the scoresheet against the Czech Republic, although Portugal ran out 2-1 winners in their tournament opener.
The five-time Ballon d'Or winner and his team-mates will be back in action on Saturday evening, taking on Turkey.
