The 51-year-old supermodel looked stunning in a brown floral string bikini, as she slapped on the sun cream while relaxing on a daybed.
Heidi then ditched her bikini top and went topless for an even tan.
The German-American TV host was spotted packing on the PDA with her hubby Tom Kaulitz, 34.
The pair were seen enjoying a few kisses while sprawled out on their sunbeds before cuddling under the shade.

She looked in high spirits as she was seen flashing a big smile and appearing to crack a few jokes.
The star then decided to go topless as she topped up her sun cream.
She sported a pair of dark sunglasses to keep the sun out and wore her golden tresses loose, which gave her a windswept look.
The couple were joined by Heidi's eldest daughter Leni Klum, 20, who she shares with Flavio Briatore, and her boyfriend Aris Rachevsky.
Heidi's younger kids, Johan, 17, and Henry, 18, also joined their mum on the break.
It would seem love is in the air also for Leni as she too packed on the PDA on the beach with a few hugs and kisses, as Aris took a few snaps of his girl during the family getaway.
It's not the first time that Heidi has stripped off for a string of age-defying snaps.
She celebrated her 51st birthday last June by posing naked beside the pool.

In an interview with Glamour magazine, she said: "I know that I offend people, but I think you have to remain authentic.

"If I annoy people with it, all they have to do is unfollow me. It's just a small push of a button.
"Everyone should be who they are and who they want to be. I don't pretend I'm different just because this or that person might not like me the way I am."
