Jake Paul's next opponent Mike Perry has repeated Mike Tyson's famous taunt ahead of their fight.

YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul was scheduled to fight 'Iron Mike' on July 20 but the controversial bout has now been pushed back to November 15. Tyson was forced to pull out of the fight after suffering a stomach ulcer flare-up last month and former UFC star Perry will now take his place next month.

Tyson was once asked whether he was fearful of his bitter rival Evander Holyfield before their grudge fight and his reply went down in history. “Everyone has a plan until they get punched in the mouth,” he said. Perry repeated the saying whilst discussing his fight with Paul but put his own spin on it.

"I've had a plan this whole time and I know Mike Tyson says everyone has a plan until they get punched in the face but I like getting punched in my face so my plan is coming together quite nicely," Perry said on The MMA Hour. Paul scoffed at Perry's claim and predicts he will KO his rival in under 10 minutes.

"That's because you're a f****ng idiot. What makes me good at fighting is I don't like getting punched in the face and I practice not to. That's what I am going to teach you in the sport of boxing, you little b****. This is not bare-knuckle boxing." Paul admitted that he is taking a big risk by fighting Perry as it could ruin his mega-fight with Tyson.

"I think this fight is going to bring some really entertaining stuff but it is a major risk. I'm potentially sacrificing the biggest moment and payday of my career if I lose to Mike Perry. These are the positions that I like to put myself in and feel like I have to put myself in to get better under the lights," Paul added.

"This fight has been brewing for years, Mike Perry has been talking s*** to me for years non-stop and I do think this guy is funny. My official prediction for the fight, three rounds or less. I'm calling it now, these guys can't hang with me. Nobody has been able to see my skill for the past year, I've had new coaches and my development has been amazing."
