Justin Timberlake has no plans to head to rehab following his arrest for DWI according to reports.
The N*SYNC star was taken into custody when he was pulled over following a night out with friends on Monday and failed to pass a roadside sobriety test. While many famous faces opt to attend rehab or alcohol education classes when they find themselves in the same predicament as Justin, 43, he has taken a different approach.
In fact, the singer is planning on focusing on his tour and leaving the complexities of his case to his lawyer to deal with. Justin was arraigned in court on Tuesday and is now slated to appear before a judge again on July 26 - the date he is supposed to kick off the European leg of his current Forget Tomorrow World Tour.

However, according to TMZ, sources say Justin has never had any difficulties with alcohol in the past and is typically very in control of himself when out in public. He is currently in the midst of his tour and scheduled to perform in Chicago on Friday as he embarks on the next set of live dates.
Wetherspoon announces huge change to drink prices - but it won't last longThe outlet have also reported that Justin's lawyer Edward Burke Jr. has planned to battle the case and hash out a plea deal for Justin with prosecutors. He is hoping to obtain police bodycam footage of the arrest after Justin claimed he had drunk just one Martini.
In contrast, the arresting officers at the scene said that Justin had been swerving lanes and ran a stop sign, adding that upon stopping him he appeared glassy-eyed and they could allegedly smell alcohol on his breath.
Justin refused to take a breathalyzer test at the scene, meaning that the body cam footage is now a vital piece of evidence in establishing precisely what happened. The fact that he is a first time offender also goes in his favour when it comes to sentencing.
Justin was arrested for driving while intoxicated (DWI) early Tuesday morning. The 43-year-old was reportedly hanging out with friends at the American Hotel when he left around 12:30 a.m. and got in his car. He was reportedly driving to his residence before being pulled over. Justin was charged with one count of DWI and was cited for running a stop sign and a "failure to keep in his lane."
His lawyer, Edward, told TMZ: "[We] look forward to vigorously defending Mr. Timberlake against these allegations. He will have a lot to say at the appropriate time." He added: "He is currently awaiting full discovery from the DA's office." A source told The New York Post that as Justin was cuffed by officers he said under his breath: "This is going to ruin the tour."
