A new bombshell rave video may show the last few minutes of Jay Slater's holiday before he went missing in Tenerife.

Jay, 19, went missing on Monday after telling a friend he had set out on an 11-hour walk back to his accommodation from an Airbnb, to which he had travelled with two men following an island rave at the New Rave Generation music festival. The apprentice bricklayer from Oswaldtwistle, Lancashire, has not been seen since he left the festival on Sunday, June 16, and has not been seen since.

A newly emerged clip posted on social media claims to show the rave Jay attended before he went missing. The shaky footage, posted on TikTok, shows a busy rave crowded with people. Ravers can be seen milling about the poorly lit room, with a red circle pinpointing an attendee believed to be Jay.

After a few seconds, the teen can be seen passing in front of the camera, with the footage slowing down as he walks by. The video was posted by user LeahBirchxx, but it is unclear as to whether the footage is originally theirs. The TikTok has since gone viral, racking up 2.2 million views, tens of thousands of likes, and thousands of comments on the social media platform.

But search and rescue teams are yet to locate the missing team, with efforts now entering their fifth day. A multi-agency effort led by the Spanish Civil Guard was launched on Monday, with firefighters and Civil Protection also involved.

Authorities are in the process of combing Tenerife's Rural de Teno National Park, which is dotted with mountainous, rough-hewn terrain. Footage released today showed helicopters in the air above the area, with drones and dogs assisting efforts on the ground below.

Locals have told The Mirror that the youngster was seen in the community before he disappeared. Araceli, who works in a business next to the rental property where he reportedly last stayed, said: "I never saw the missing boy, but I know people saw him walking on his own. I saw the two British men who stayed here. They came in for cafe con leche a couple of times. One was aged about 40.

"The other one was slightly younger. The police have spoken to them both [the British men]. They arrived on Saturday and were due to stay until Monday, but they left on Tuesday."

Lucy Mae Law, 18, is believed to be the last person Jay contacted before his phone died. She is now calling for British police to join the search for the missing teenager. She told the Mirror: “We need British police here. I just want to find my mate. He’s been missing three days. It’s not looking good now. We feel as though it’s down to us to find him and that we’re doing more than the police.

“The police here don’t speak English and don’t even have a translator after three days. I feel like they’re fobbing me off. They’re still asking me the same questions as when I first reported Jay missing.” She added: “The two boys that he was last with have left the country. They need to be questioned by British police.”

Devastated Debbie Duncan, who has been in Tenerife since June 18, has also expressed fears that her son was kidnapped, telling reporters: "I think he's been taken against his will with what’s been said, but it’s in the hands of the police."
