The couples saved by the public vote had been told to pick one 'unsafe' girl and one 'unsafe' boy to leave the competition immediately.
They chose Omar Nyame and Tiffany Leighton, both 25, but viewers are convinced it isn't the last time we have seen them - especially one.
Bernice Blackstock suffers new blow in Emmerdale as she struggles with illnessLove Island host Maya Jama flew straight back to the UK following the double dumping to present ITV spin-off show Aftersun.
But Omar and Tiffany did not head home. Instead, they appeared on Aftersun via video link.
Fans are now questioning whether Omar, in particular, is being kept back in Majorca purposely for Casa Amor.
Before he left the villa, Omar had clashed with Joey Essex over Grace Jackson - and fans want to see him pursing Grace behind Joey's back.
Writing on X, formerly known as Twitter, one viewer wrote: "But why are Omar & Tiff not on Aftersun in person while Maya obviously had time to fly back? Casa Amor?"
A second added: "If the producers are smarts they’ll have Omar go back into casa and explore things with Grace."
A third chimed in: "Nah they need to get Omar to spin the block when the lads go Casa Amor."
And a fourth agreed: "Can we have Omar back as a bombshell in casa to steal Matilda or Grace from insecure those insecure BOYS."
Before Omar was shown the door, fans saw him embroiled in an explosive row with former Towie star Joey.
Joey squared up to Omar after being told by Grace that he'd made a several flirtatious comments to her.

Omar interrupted: “But at the same time I’m going about my business… then I’m asking what’s been said and I ain’t being told what’s been said. So, that’s annoying me even more now…”
Joey told him: “I’m not trying to embarrass you.”
Hitting back, Omar replied: “But in the same breath you’re saying it’s no competition, it's no competition and I’m thinking, I ain’t even trying to compete with you. Why did you say it then?”
They were eventually shown agreeing to disagree, but fans are not happy that Omar was dumped so soon afterwards.
One fumed online: "Nahhh this is shady as hell, Ofcom will hear of this, JUSTICE FOR OMAR."
Another added: "On the phone to OFCOM now."
While someone else raged: "Maybe Omar had to leave before the future bullying got worse and they got ofcom complaints."
During his Aftersun appearance, Omar - still in Majorca - told Maya: "Maybe Grace had told him that she found me attractive and I was her type.
"Maybe that was something that he didn't really like."
