Demi Moore introduced Cher at the star-studded amfAR Gala last night in Cannes, with the Ghost actress scolding the audience in a brutal way.
The Hollywood starlet, 61, was on stage giving Cher, 78, a glowing tribute ahead of introducing her at the gala. And Demi wasn't best pleased with an outspoken audience member.
The video, posted by Ramin Setoodeh on Twitter, sees Demi saying: "I'm going to see if this is the moment we've all been waiting for." She continued: "I'm just making sure that you're really, really with me. Because this incredible woman that I'm about to introduce - she's a Grammy winner, an Oscar winner, an Emmy winner."

In the video, Demi then paused and looked a little put-off and annoyed. She then scolded someone in the audience when she fumed: "Are you an Emmy winner over there in the back of the room? I f*****g don't think so."

And a third added: "Her giving major Cher while introducing Cher is so ICONIC!"
In the video, after Demi fumed at the audience, they seemingly erupted in a mix of surprised reactions with cheers and muttering. Demi then continued her tribute to Cher when she said: "She's a style icon and my personal hair inspiration. And she was was honored by amfAR for their award of inspiration in 2015.
"The bottom line is she is just one of the most talented, successful, and best-loved performers of all time. So please, please give a warm welcome to the incredible, one and only, Cher," she added between pauses and looking into the audience.
It is not known if somebody in the audience said something or not, or whether Demi was just making a joke with the crowd and playing with them.
This comes after Cher, and her younger boyfriend Alexander 'AE' Edwards, 38, were seen packing on the public displays of affection while on the red carpet. The gala's cause was to raise funds for HIV/AIDS research, with the event first instituted in 1993 by Elizabeth Taylor.
