Footage from the session showed Mainoo in possession during a small-sided game.

Under pressure from Liverpool's Joe Gomez, the teenager remained composed before flicking the ball backwards through his team-mates legs.

Mainoo followed up the skill by tapping in from close range later in the clip.

Mainoo has been tipped to start against Slovakia after impressing off the bench in England's final group stage match.

He replaced Conor Gallagher at half-time to partner Declan Rice in midfield.

The appearance followed a four-minute cameo in the opening match against Serbia.

Mainoo has already impressed across his five England caps, having only made his debut against Brazil in March.
