Ingredients:

  • Grenadine
  • Pineapple juice
  • Orange juice
  • Lemonade
  • Cointreau
  • Midori liquor, or any green-flavoured spirit
  • Vodka
  • Blue Curacao

For the base layer, pour the grenadine first, and then add ice. The next layer is orange so this is the orange juice and pineapple juice and poured over the grenadine. Next is the yellow layer which is a mix of pineapple juice and lemonade, and poured over the orange layer.

The fourth layer is green which is a mix of Midori and vodka, and lastly is vodka and blue curacao on the top. If you wish to then garnish, what better topping than some rainbow sweets to finish it off?

Off The Wall

Now this one has more of a historical meaning, and thanks to TikToker @drinkswithdanica we can have a small history lesson on why this cocktail is an important one. According to Danica, this specific cocktail was created for Pride at the historic Stonewall Inn, a bar in New York.

Pride began in New York and in 1969, when a police raid led to a five-day riot that marked a turning point in the gay rights movement and New Yorkers will have an Off The Wall cocktail in hand to celebrate.
