The model has now revealed the secret treatment she has to keep her tummy toned, after sharing that having four kids 'destroyed’ her body.

In a new episode of The Therapy Crouch, Abbey’s podcast with her hubby Peter, which was released today, Abbey responded to a question from a fan that asked: “Would you or have you ever had any work done? What are your thoughts on cosmetic surgery?”

In response, Abbey candidly praised today’s “advanced” treatments, and revealed the posh Chelsea clinic that she goes to for her non-surgical procedures.

The Britain's Next Top Model star explained: “I think do whatever makes you happy, I don’t think there’s a right or wrong answer to that.

“I think beauty treatments are so much more advanced nowadays.

“There’s so many machines, lasers, high-frequency, that can all help.”

Abbey also added: “I go to Natali Kelly for my treatments and I’ve had skin tightening on my belly.”

The fancy skincare clinic, based on Walton Street, London, offers a range of face and body procedures, from dermal fillers and injectable concealer to earlobe rejuvenation and hydrafacials.

The stunning mother then added: “I’ve had four keys, my tummy is not what it used to be, before you destroyed my body.”

Not only has Abbey had the tightening treatment on her tummy, but in a video shared on the Natali Kelly website, she was also seen having the ULTRAcel Q+ on her arms too.

ULTRAcel Q+ is the world’s fastest HIFU for the body on the market.

This non-surgical treatment is perfect for those who want to lift, tighten, and contour the areas of the body using High Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU).

Penetrating deep into different layers of the skin and fat including the SMAS and the dermis, ULTRAcel Q+ can be used to achieve a more youthful and toned appearance.

This treatment targets the dermis stimulating the growth of fresh, new collagen to lift and tighten the skin with no skin surface damage.

ULTRAcel Q+ can be used on the upper arms, abdomen, hips, thighs, flanks, and love handles.

There is no downtime and whilst slight redness might be present directly after treatment, this will quickly resolve.

I think you should always go to someone that’s reputable, registered

It’s the perfect painless and non-invasive solution for those patients with a busy lifestyle, so it’s no surprise that Abbey is a fan.

Whilst Natali Kelly’s clinic do not share their prices online, ULTRAcel Q+ is said to start from £600.

Abbey then advised those considering cosmetic procedures: “Do what you like.”

But the mum-of-four was quick to add: “I think you should always go to someone that’s reputable, registered.

“Don’t go to some back alley and cut yourself open.”

Not only has Abbey had the skin tightening procedure at Natali Kelly, but she previously revealed taking a visit to celebrity skincare expert Shane Cooper's clinic for the procedure.

While having the treatment, she added: "See, this is what I think I really need because you know I don't feel like there's a lot of fat there but having had four kids the skin is so overstretched, I just need a bit of help, something the gym can't do."

The expert explained: "We're doing tripollar radio frequency for the skin tightening, so it helps with collagen production and helps with the skin elastin.

"This is absolutely perfect for the skin elastin, we treat so many clients postpartum.”
