Kerry Katona shared a positive update after undergoing a 'gruesome' nose job that first 'freaked her out'.
The former Atomic Kitten singer, 43, previously confessed that she needed an eight-hour nose operation to repair extensive damage caused by years of using cocaine. Earlier this month, the star said the surgery would be a 'big one' as they would use a 'piece of her bone from his rib to repair it'.
The mum-of-five said that it would be used to replace her nose cartilage "to make it look a bit smaller". Kerry then revealed there are "three holes" in her nose, following drug use in her past, which will be filled during the surgery. She underwent the procedure at the Pall Mall Medical Clinic.
Now that she's had some time to recover, she's been feeling 'more confident' despite 'freaking out' when she first saw the results of it. "Thankfully I feel a lot better about my nose. It's still swollen, but nowhere near as much. Pall Mall Medical have done an amazing job," she said in her new column.
Writing in her new! magazine column, she said: "I think when I first saw it, I just freaked out because I wasn't used to it, but now I'm feeling more confident. The kids told me they didn't notice much of a difference either."

She shared snaps of herself in a hospital gown as she shared her surgery story with her Instagram followers. "For me, this isn't just about getting my nose done," Kerry explained in one of the videos.
"This is finally closing a door on a chapter of my life - which I did close years ago - but this is [really closing it]." Reposting Stories originally shared by Pall Mall Cosmetics, a private medical company based in and around the northwest of England, Kerry could be seen posing for her "before" pictures ahead of having surgery.
The former Atomic Kitten star was even captured waving to Pall Mall Cosmetics' cameras as she entered the theatre, with the company captioning the clip: "Good luck! We'll see you soon Kerry!" The medical business also shared a video on their main Instagram page of Kerry chatting with one of their doctors: "It’s @kerrykatona7 ‘s surgery day today! Watch to find out the reason behind her Rhinoplasty procedure with our amazing surgeon, Mr Raghavan. More of Kerry’s journey will be shared soon, so stay tuned!"
