BEN Affleck allegedly wants Jennifer Lopez to overhaul her career and think more carefully about her workload as fans fear the pair are headed for divorce court.
The twice-engaged couple got married in July 2022 when they eloped in Las Vegas, before having a lavish ceremony at his Georgia home the following August.

An insider told The U.S. Sun their inner circle saw "the writing on the wall" many months ago as Ben, 51, has been unhappy with their clashing schedules.
On Friday, Jen canceled her upcoming tour, telling fans she needed to spend time with her kids.
What Ola and James Jordan really ate and did to shed 7st"Ben feels Jen needs to overhaul her career and have a better team behind her," the insider revealed.
"He has butted heads with some members for a while now and it's caused tension behind the scenes.
"He just wants what's best for her and feels she's doing a lot of mediocre projects and is surrounded by yes people who are also sometimes making decisions for her.
"Jen is also often doing 50 things at once."
"Ben is not working as much by choice and she's overworking - so their priorities are different," they continued.
"Even though she has been dedicated to her marriage and kids, she's very busy."
'HEAVY WORKLOAD'
Despite several reports about her workload causing issues in her marriage, she told the Associated Press this week that she has slowed her career down, insisting she goes at "half" the speed she used to.
She also alleged she has "been doing things that are really exciting" or "inspiring" to her as opposed to "doing just everything."
Jennifer released her comeback album, "This Is Me … Now", earlier this year, which only debuted at number 38 on the Billboard 200 - despite it being her first record in a decade.
She released a documentary to accompany the release that was also panned by critics.
I'm a 'time traveler' - the 'worst case scenario that could kill us all'Jennifer also has several brand endorsements, including a new line of bottled, ready-to-drink cocktails under the name Delola which launched last year.
On top of these commitments, she's also the face of Italian lingerie line, Intimissimi, and has started promoting her new movie, Atlas, in which she plays a data analyst with a deep distrust of AI.
"Ben supports her but he doesn't want her to be disappointed when something doesn't do well," the source said.
"When it comes to his own career, he wants to take on select projects that interest him.
"They are both trying to work out their issues, but it's been a difficult few months."
The source also claimed concerns over a new Las Vegas residency are also true, as MGM executives are allegedly worried about any possible deal following poor ticket sales for her most recent tour.
'ON DIFFERENT PATHS'
She was reportedly in talks for a $90 million run of shows but fans are still waiting for an announcement.
And on Friday they were further disappointed when Jen confirmed her tour was canceled.
She told fans she was "completely heartsick and devastated about letting you down."
“Please know that I wouldn’t do this if I didn’t feel that it was absolutely necessary," she added.
LiveNation confirmed the tour was canceled as “Jennifer is taking time off to be with her children, family and close friends.”
"Her tour has sold poorly and her album has not done well, maybe Ben in this case is right and she needs to make some big changes," the insider added.
The U.S. Sun has reached out to Ben and Jen's reps for comment but did not hear back.
Many reports have suggested in recent weeks that Jennifer is overextending herself and the couple is on different paths.
Rumors of a split have been rife after Jennifer attended the 2024 Met Gala solo on May 6.
It was later reported that Ben has been renting a house away from their shared $47 million mansion and has been living there alone in recent months.
They were photographed together for the first time in two weeks on Thursday as they attended a party for Ben's daughter Violet's graduation in Los Angeles.
Mail Online reported the pair appeared "stoney-faced" as Ben carried a gift and Jennifer kept her head down.
It has been reported Ben doesn't enjoy the spotlight like his wife and prefers to keep his life private.
One example of their opposite attitudes became clear when Jennifer filmed her recent documentary, The Greatest Love Story Never Told.
"Things that are private, I'd always felt are sacred and special. So this was something of an adjustment for me," Ben said of his appearance in the Prime Video doc.
