Bargain hunters have been heading to Tesco to pick up the Tower Vortx 9L dual basket air fryer for just £119.

Several excited shoppers have posted the find on the  Facebook group Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK.

One wrote: "Finally got one today £139 but with Tesco Clubcard £119."

The post was met with over a hundred comments from people calling it "a good deal" and "a great price".

Meanwhile, the fryer was also posted on deal-finding site Hot UK Deals where users gave it a 200+C heat rating, meaning they agree that it's a bargain.

Tesco is selling the fryer for £139 but Clubcard customers can get it for £119.

You can get a Tesco Clubcard for free and earn points as you shop, as well as getting cheaper prices.

You can then use the points to get vouchers for money off food or other rewards like discounts on day trips.

Each time you spend £1 in store and online, you get one point when you scan your card or app.

The Tower air fryer comes with two baskets and with a 4.5L capacity for each, so you can cook two different things at once.

You can choose from 10 one-touch presets including fries and chicken.

You'll need to head to your nearest Tesco if you want to bag yourself the deal - the supermarket isn't offering the fryer online.

To find your nearest branch, you'll need to visit the Tesco website.

Dual-basket air fryers have really gained popularity over the past few months, and there can be some expensive alternatives.

Possibly the most popular brand for air fryers is Ninja, but its dual-drawer fryer 7.4L costs £199.99 so can be a bit of an investment.

That's why shoppers love alternatives like the Tower and at that price who can blame them.

This is the cheapest price we could find for this model, but as always do have a shop around - there's never a bad time to bag a bargain.

We found that Argos and Amazon are selling the same make and model for £169, so considerably more than Tesco.

If you're looking for a cheaper dual basket air fryer though there are some alternatives.

B&M is selling a smaller version of the Tower fryer (7.6L) for just £99 - although it is currently out of stock online you can still pick it up in store.

Meanwhile, Asda is selling the Salter Dual Air Pro Air Fryer (also 7.4L) for just £89.

As always before you commit to a purchase, you should have a shop around to make sure you're getting the best deal.

Use price comparison tools like Google Shopping to find similar products from other retailers and compare prices.

Air fryers have gained popularity over the last few months as under the current price cap, using one for 15 minutes costs just 13p.

It comes as energy bills are still heavily on everyone’s minds, and people have turned to plug in devices to save their coins.
