GOOD Morning Britain's Laura Tobin has revealed her secret health kick after she stunned fans with her body transformation.
It comes as GMB fans have hailed her the ‘hottest weather girl.’
Laura - who has been a huge hit with viewers ever since it started back in 2014 - wows fans daily with glamorous and sexy outfits.
She opened up about how she has been keeping trim.

She told The Sun: "We did a thing where you have to swab the mouth and I was basically British, a little bit Mediterranean and a bit Scandinavian.
"In five weeks time I’m going to Santorini with my best friends for our delayed 40th birthday. Her and I have been laughing because I don’t do much exercise, I don’t have much sleep, I eat loads of food, I eat loads of sweets, I drink loads of alcohol, so I’ve actually started exercising, I’ve stopped eating sweets.
"I feel sad I’m not having sweets but also when you see the results, I ran my best 5k the other day, now I understand why people say ‘oh exercise is amazing. "
Meanwhile fans will be seeing less of one of its biggest stars in the coming days.
Laura revealed she is having a break from presenting the weather - explaining she is taking some leave.
The 41-year-old, a favourite with many GMB viewers, said she would be spending more time with her family.
Laura wrote on Instagram tonight: "I'm on leave for the first week of the Easter holidays.
"Spending time with the family mostly enjoying the sun and eating chocolate."
She added that followers shouldn't expect to see as much of her on Instagram, where she often shares news about the weather and her outfits from that day's GMB.

Laura said: "I probably won't post that much. Have a lovely Easter and see you on GMB a week on Wednesday."
The star married Dean Brown in 2010 and the pair share a five-year-old daughter called Charlotte.
Many of ITV's main presenters are having time off over the school holidays, with Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby both away.
They are being replaced on This Morning by Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary.
