The Countryfile star is no stranger to the game, having cheered on ex hubby Richie at several of his matches over the years.
Helen and Richie split last year, and she’s been busy parenting their children while juggling her TV work.
Recently Helen, who is mum to Ernie, seven, Louis, five, and Elsie, one, took to her Instagram to open up about "ruining her kids lives".
Posting a series of snaps of herself with her kids for Mother's Day, the TV star penned a very open post about motherhood.
Among the snaps was a stories post of her youngest son Louis crouching in a ball on the floor, crying over a parenting mistake.
The sweet tot looked casual in a black and white tracksuit as he covered his eyes and sulked over Helen's parenting.
However, Helen was quick to make her fans laugh as she revealed that her son's life had been "ruined" by the way she tied his laces.
"Reality... When you're 'ruining their life' because of the way you tie a trainer lace," she penned to her Instagram following.

Helen's eight-year marriage to Richie fell apart early in 2022, not long after she had given birth to their third child, Elsie.
The rugby player has since moved on and is expecting another child with his current girlfriend.
Meanwhile, Helen has reportedly grown close to fellow Strictly star Vito Coppola after going on tour together.
