LOUISE Thompson has stripped down to a towel for an "abdominal massage" after having a C-section.
The former Made In Chelsea star took to Instagram in just her underwear as she filmed the massage up close.
Louise, 32, revealed her impressive abs and figure in the video, as she lay on her back for the beauty treatment.
The former reality TV star told her fans she was hoping to "reduce scar tissue" following a C-section birth,
She filmed as a massage therapist worked away at her body, including her toned and tiny waistline.

Louise smiled wide as she enjoyed the treatment, wearing a hair net as she donned a full face of glam make-up.
"Treatment time, my most flattering look," she joked on her stories. "The most comforting abdominal massage.
"Including working around the area of my C-section scar - manual massage and exercise are two of the best ways to reduce scar tissue.
"I love it because it feels amazing, it puts me in a very restful state, it drains excess fluid, opens up the lymphatic system."
Last month, Louise opened up about being diagnosed with the incurable health condition Lupus.
Louise - who has been suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) since the birth of her and her fiance Ryan Libbey's son Leo in November - received the news after struggling with “intolerable joint pain.”
The Pocket sportswear brand founder told fans she now has yet another illness to contend with, courtesy of the autoimmune disease that occurs when your body's immune system attacks your own tissues and organs.
Louise told fans on her Instagram Story: "I had a call yesterday with one of the rheumatology guys and they got more of my blood test
results back and the diagnosis is that I’ve got drug-induced lupus.
"So I’m suffering from that, which is fabulous."
The reality star alumni continued: “I feel like I’m constantly navigating so many different things and I could just cry, it all just feels so heavy.

"I was just on the bus going to one appointment this morning and when I stood up and started walking to the appointment, my knees were in such agony. I’ve never experienced anything like it in my life.”
