BLUE Peter legend Katy Hill showed off a huge scar on her head after an accident at home.
The former BBC presenter took to social media after she suffered a nasty accident at home.
Katy, 51, rose to stardom after she joined the long running CBBC show in June of 1995.
But she recently posted an album of images onto her Instagram grid page as she recovers from the nasty trip at home.
Her followers could see how she suffered a huge head injury and required stitches.

But the last snap shows the star is beaming with the scar looking healed.
She wrote a long essay in the caption where the TV personality admitted that she feels lucky to be alive.
It read: "WHAT’S IT GONNA TAKE? An accident? A global pandemic? A big life change? What’s YOUR wakeup call gonna be?
"This was mine. 2019 I was literally stopped in my tracks - a few months before the world was. I thought I was on the way out, and all from bringing the morning fun at home. In my own home. THAT’S what freaked me out.
"The irony that I’d spent my early career throwing myself out of planes and down skeleton runs and flying fast jets - essentially taking ALL the risks - wasn’t lost on me. Here I was in the “safety” of my own home.
"It wasn’t until I heard all the horror stories in the hospital that I realised how fortunate I was and how I could easily not be here now. SO grateful for this scar and that I get to have a scar!
"Now? I don’t take ANY of this journey for granted because it can CHANGE IN A HEARTBEAT."
Katy's accident occured when she was rushing her daughter to the bathroom and she tumbled after catching her shoe on a stair before “face-planting” the toilet, causing a deep two-inch gash.
The ex stunt-performing Blue Peter host, 49 — the first civilian to fly with the Red Arrows — was then rushed to hospital, where she was given internal and external stitches for the injury.
