PARENTS have been warned a creep is operating outside a school after he tried to get a youngster into a car.
The lowlife allegedly told a child "mum sent me" as he attempted to usher the terrified youngster away.
Police asked staff at Bodmin College, in Bodmin, Cornwall, to tell parents of the incident.
It is unclear when the horror took place, but the college is on Lostwithiel Road, near the town centre.
Bodmin College's message to parents reads: "The police have notified us that they have received a report of a male approaching a child in the Bodmin area and asking them to get into their car.
I want to help young primary pupils with their warring parents
"The male claimed to have been sent by the child’s mum to pick the child up.
"Please be vigilant to this and remind your child of your agreed safety and travel procedures."
