KHLOE Kardashian has revealed a significant scar on her face in a new photo as her family shares their fears for her health.
The reality star showcased the jagged mark in the Season 3 trailer of the Hulu series, The Kardashians, premiering on May 25.
During the preview, which dropped on Thursday, Khloe, 38, appeared at one point with a scar on her left cheek.
Her sister, Kylie Jenner, 25, was then heard addressing the mark and hinting at the Good American founder's scary diagnosis.
"Mom just told me that it was Melanoma," Kylie said in the clip.

It then flashed to a photo of Khloe's cheek, which had several stitches indicating that she had a recent surgical procedure.
In a confessional interview, matriarch Kris Jenner, 67, shared her worries about her daughter's condition, saying: "This, on her face, is very concerning."
It was followed by a clip of Khloe with a large face bandage stretching from her chin to her cheekbone.
Fans got another glimpse of Khloe's bandaged face in another scene where Khloe, looking solemn, had a serious sit-down coversation with her BFF Malika Haqq, 40.
"I don't think I've seen you this low," Malika told her childhood pal.
FEARS FOR KHLOE
Kendall Jenner also noticed changes in the mom of two's behavior lately and noted it in another scene.
"She doesn't sleep. She's lost a ton of weight," the 26-year-old said about her big sister.
The video then flashed to footage from inside an exam room where someone was undergoing an MRI, though it does not show if it was Khloe.
However, the KUWTK alum mentioned her possible diagnosis in a confessional interview, admitting things were much worse than she initially thought.
"Melanoma is deadly. This was way more serious than I anticipated it to be," Khloe told the camera, although the scar wasn't as noticeable as in other scenes.

This part in the teaser concluded with Malika embracing Khloe, lying on the couch with a bandage on her face.
FANS' CONCERNS
In September, Khloe sparked concern from fans after she was spotted donning a flesh-colored dressing on her cheek.
The photo was taken by a fan in Milan, where Khloe attended Dolce & Gabbana's fashion show.
She was seen rocking the same bandage earlier that month while filming The Kardashians.
Fans shared their fears on a message board at the time, with one writing: "Anyone else spot the huge bandage? I really hope she's alright."
Another suggested: "She could have burned herself? That’s a blister bandage."
A third user speculated that it was a hydrocolloid bandage used to treat acne.
"I used those (hydrocolloid bandages aka giant pimple patches) when I had bad cystic acne that came in clusters. Worked better than anything and I tried it all."
The reality star also appeared to have the bandage on her face during a trip to Malibu beach with her five-year-old daughter, True, days earlier.
Khloe shares True and an eight-month-old son with her ex-Tristan Thompson, 32.
