KARDASHIAN critics have accused Kim of having "surgery" after they spotted some marks on her body in new photos.
Kim, 42, made sure all eyes were on her earlier this week when she attended the 2023 Met Gala in New York City wearing a custom-made Schiaparelli gown made entirely of strands of pearls.
The garment featured a silky corset bodice and bra in a golden hue, and Kim added a huge diamond-and-pearl choker, diamond stud earrings, white sandals encrusted with pearls, and a matching pearl anklet.
She completed her look with an over-the-top coat worn off her shoulders, which meant there was still some skin on show.
One eagle-eyed fan said there were some "dents" on Kim's back and took to Reddit to post a close-up picture of her body.

"What are these?" they captioned the post, adding: "I noticed these odd little circular dents on Kim’s back from the Met Gala.
"They look almost like chicken pox scars, except they’re not on her face. Does anyone know what they might be?"
Other people quickly commented on the thread and shared their thoughts on the photo, which showed Kim speaking to her ex-boyfriend Pete Davidson.
"Liposuction cannula entry points," one person said.
"they are lipo scars. ive had lipo and my scars are in the exact same areas," another claimed.
They added: "Theyre pretty invisible to the eye, but in certain lighting you will see the dents like you see with kim. if she ever makes comments regarding this photo, i bet she will say she had chicken pox as a kid."
Someone else replied and said: "100%. There will always be a reason for surgery scars. I wish they’d just admit to it."
Others were certain it was surgery as a different Reddit user wrote: "100% liposuction scars from where they insert the cannula."
"100% surgery scars. Probably lipo. I guess you can’t hide every thing," another person commented.
This isn't the first time that mom-of-four Kim has been accused of having plastic surgery.

SURGERY ACCUSATIONS
While the Skims founder has denied having extensive work done, critics started comparing before-and-after photos earlier this year.
Back in February, Kim was pictured at a recent Dolce & Gabbana fashion show in Milan, Italy.
Several snaps, that were turned into a Reels video on the Instagram account Problematic Fame, show the Hulu star in a skintight leather snake-skinned dress at the event paired next to older photos.
The video was shared on a Reddit board dedicated to the famous family.
Several speculated that the side-by-side pictures proved that Kim had secretly undergone major plastic surgery.
One commenter speculated: "She’s lost a crazy amount of weight recently, which can “age” you as fat in the face can give a more youthful appearance. My guess is she got a bit of a sallow look from the dramatic weight loss and overcorrected with fillers."
Another answered: "That’s why I don’t understand everyone having their buccal fat removed lately, are aged faces in!?"
"It is actually unbelievable how different she looks now. What the h**l did her surgeon do recently?!" scathed one fan.
Rumors have long swirled that Kim has had procedures on her face and her famous butt.

The Kardashians star stepped out at another Dolce and Gabbana event earlier this year wearing a tiny sparkly red bra top and matching skirt.
Close-ups from the star-studded event showed Kim seemingly sporting a slimmer nose and more rounded cheeks.
One person pleaded: "Kim you are beautiful! Please stop doing stuff to your face! It's done. It's only gonna get worse from here. Wait 'til you're 60 and maybe get a life like the rest of us."
Someone else speculated: "That's a fresh nose," while another wrote, "Nose job, I'm sure of it."
A fourth commenter reacted: "It looks like she's done something to her cheeks."
