KIM Kardashian has admitted to struggling when it comes to "parenting" in a candid new social media post.
On Wednesday, 42-year-old Kim took to her Instagram Story to wish her close friend Natalie a happy birthday and mentioned parenthood.
Alongside a selfie of her and Natalie wearing bikinis in what appeared to be a sauna, Kim wrote: "I actually might not survive this parenting thing without you! I'm so grateful to call you my friend!!!"
She then added: "I hope you're having the best birthday today with my kids," followed by a laughing face emoji.
In a separate Instagram Story, Kim referred to Natalie as one of her "soccer mom" friends.

Reality TV star Kim shares four children with her ex-husband Kanye West.
North, who will turn 10 next month, seven-year-old Saint, five-year-old Chicago, and Psalm, three.
Her comments about parenting came just one day after Kim was slammed for a "disgusting" demand she asked of her daughter North West.
Kim was accompanied by her eldest child when she attended the 2023 Met Gala on Monday evening wearing a custom-made Schiaparelli gown made entirely of strands of pearls.
Nine-year-old North didn't walk the carpet with her famous mom, but she did travel to The Metropolitan Museum of Art with her in a taxi.
Speaking to reporters at the prestigious fashion event, Kim opened up about how North helped her before she'd even arrived at the gala.
Revealing that pearls were falling off her dress early in the evening, Kim said: "I told my daughter to grab them all, they're real pearls and she was putting them all in her purse!"
She also confirmed that the tween was waiting in a car while she walked the carpet, and was present when Kim did a shot with her sisters Kendall and Kylie Jenner before the gala.
However, many people were disgusted with Kim's revelation and took to Reddit to vent.
Posting a screenshot, one person wrote: "Save Northie. She wasn’t JUST a prop y’all, she also does slave labor!! /s Someone [go] check on North.

"My mama's heart aches for her.. seriously she deserves better. She deserves to be a kid," they added.
Others quickly commented on the thread as one said: "Adding insult to injury, this was a school night!
"For pretty much all of America anyway!? Like this wasn’t some holiday. Kim is so dreadful, it makes me sick."
She was also slammed more publicly by TV host Megyn Kelly on The Megyn Kelly Podcast.
The clip of Megyn, 52, talking about Kim was published on TikTok.
She began her rant: "I'm not spending any time on Kim Kardashian. I can't do it.
"She brought her nine-year-old daughter not with her to the gala but like in the car to watch her walk off.
"Like, is that what you want your daughter to see you doing? You want her to see you, like, wearing basically next to nothing [and] parading into the Met Gala that's what you're proud of? OK. Fine.
"I went to the Met Gala, I've been to these events. I don't bring my kids, who brings their kids to go watch them walk the red carpet? I'm sorry but it's gross," Megyn fumed.
