A WOKE rebrand of the Brecon Beacons in honour of an ancient king has been blasted — as he was a womaniser with 63 kids.
Bosses changed the name last month to Bannau Brycheiniog after fifth century regional monarch Brychan.

But tourism bosses are angered by the name change, which translates as the Peaks of Brychan’s Kingdom.
Brychan — who had three or four wives — was also believed to have forced himself on the daughter of a rival king.
