"I sought and obtained the DVRO [domestic violence restraining order] against Alice in part because she was using her social 26 media accounts to continue to harass, threaten, and disturb the peace of both me and Bianca.
"Most of 27 the accounts were public and I saw that Ella accessed many of them."
The Welsh actor also alleges that his daughter, Ella, hacked his Instagram account and shared "unsavoury comments", which Alice then shared on her own account.
"With the children not in therapy again and Alice's behaviour worsening, by February 26, 2022, I had to seek a restraining order against Alice," he added.
Despite Alice and Ioan's relationship ending in 2021, he states that he made it clear in August 2020 that he wasn't happy in their marriage but alleges Alice threatened to "ruin him", should he walk out.
He goes on to claim that if he made the decision to leave, she would claim he had abused her and their daughters and "take the girls away".
The actor moved out of the family home on January 25, 2021, but believes her "abuse" has escalated since then via threatening texts, emails, voice messages and video messages.
Ioan alleges that Alice has inflicted "serious emotional harm," on their daughters and has interfered with their relationship.
The actor has a three-year domestic violence restraining order against Alice, protecting him and his girlfriend, Bianca which he claims Alice has "violated the DVRO repeatedly".
