England vs North Macedonia betting tips
The 2022-23 campaign comes to a close tonight as England clash with North Macedonia at Old Trafford.
And they'll be hopeful of protecting their perfect record having already secured victories over Italy, Ukraine and Malta to give them maximum points at the top of Group C.
The Three Lions have developed a superb knack of qualifying for major tournaments under Gareth Southgate, losing just ONE of their last 30 qualification matches (W25, D4).
But clinching three points won't be a walk in the park.
Having stunned Italy in the play-offs, North Macedonia proved worthy opponents at Euro 2020, narrowly losing their group clashes with Austria, Ukraine and Holland.
In October 2015 they were ranked 136th in the world. They've since risen to 65th -- narrowly behind the likes of Slovenia, Bosnia and Ghana.
Kane to conquer…
Harry Kane has been nothing short of sensational this season, although it's somewhat flown under the radar because of the form of Erling Haaland.
The England captain has bagged 32 goals in 49 appearances, including 15 in his last 15 games in all competitions.
The 29-year-old has scored in each of his last six, and boasts a whopping 35 goals in qualification matches for England.

England have had their fair share of penalties in recent times. The Three Lions were awarded two against Malta, and received three in the eight matches prior to Friday's 4-0 demolition.

The pace and trickery of England's front line causes mayhem for most sides, and North Macedonia will be no exception - especially given they'll sit deep and absorb plenty of pressure.
Istvan Kovacs is in charge tonight, and he's dished out 25 penalties in 33 matches this season - including TWO in last week's clash between Holland and Croatia.

Enis Bardhi is all action. The midfielder has featured in 11 games for North Macedonia this season -- scoring five goals, providing two assists and receiving three bookings.
The 27-year-old will no doubt have his hands full against a rampant England, and might look to make his presence known early.
As mentioned, referee Istvan Kovacs will officiate and he's no stranger to a booking or two having shown 152 cards in 29 games at an average of 5.2 cards per match.
