Now, the hunks have been seen filming the show for the first time, but fans could be forgiven for not recognising them, considering they were in full drag.
Kai, 27, and Giovanni, 32, headed to Wales over the weekend and filmed a video taunting the hunters at The Golden Cross venue.

Teasing the hunters, Kai said: "Good afternoon to Ray and all the hunters, hope you're all doing very well."
Gio then gave a flamboyant "Hi!" before adding: "Well we have just finished our performance in Cardiff and yeah, we can't see any hunters around, where are you?"
Kai replied that "no one was waiting for us" and Giovanni said "well that's a shame".
He continued: "Hope you enjoy the show if you're watching the CCTV because we recorded everything for you. Enjoy!"
The pair then blew a kiss to the camera, which is sure to annoy the hunters even more.
The dancers weren't the only celeb pairing pictured at gay pride events this weekend, as Blue singer Duncan James and Christine McGuinness were also revealed to be part of the show.
The pair posed for pictures at Birmingham Pride with two drag queens while wearing rainbow flags around their necks and matching hats.
In the accompanying tweet, the Twitter user simply wrote: "Celebrity
@Hunted_HQ @BirminghamPride tonight!"
The two pairs will also be joined on the line-up of the Channel 4 show next year by Loose Women star Denise Welch and her husband Lincoln Townley.
