Daniel had gone to bed early on Saturday night feeling unwell, only to wake in the early hours as a result.

He went into the bathroom of his hotel room in Bulgaria and collapsed, falling onto and breaking part of the toilet, shower door and sink.

This subsequently flooded the bathroom, causing a leak in the hotel alerting staff who found his body.
