An urban explorer from Suffolk was not expecting to stumble upon an eerily abandoned Mercedes and a 1989 Volkswagen camper when he discovered a derelict garage in Norfolk.
Pictures taken by urban explorer Macorlee Farnaby show an abandoned garage with five cars and tons of paperwork.
Cars found in the garage at the undisclosed location in Norfolk included a Mercedes and two camper vans including a 1989 Volkswagen campervan.
Explorer Macorlee, 26, who also works as a support worker, was excited to discover this garage that had been abandoned for more than ten years.
Macorlee also informed that one of the cars was later discovered to be restored and put back to use.
'My neighbours parked on my drive so I blocked them in - now they're furious'"Everything was left behind, paperwork, tools, computers, even contracts and invoices left in the office," said Farnaby.
"There were about five cars one being a Mercedes and two campers left behind one being a 1989 Volkswagen camper.
“We were a little on edge walking around as houses behind could see into the grounds of the garage.
"When we went inside it was crazy how full the building was.
“We could walk around the whole building including the office, waiting room, reception and even the main garage where the work was completed.
“They still had all the computer systems there.
“I believe that at least one of the cars has now been restored and back in use.”
