GEMMA Owen's mum has made a cryptic dig about "fakery" after the reality star split from Luca Bish.
Louise Bonsall took to her Instagram grid on New Year's Eve to post a snap alongside her closest friends and family.
Love Island star Gemma, 19, could be seen sitting front and centre alongside her mum Louise, who is married to former footballer Michael Owen.
The mother-daughter pair were joined by a number of close family friends who smiled for the camera on the stairs.
Gemma looked chic in a brown leather mini dress, which she paired with towering heels and let her brunette hair down.

She opted for a glamorous make-up look with a smoky eye to match her mum, who wore a bright blue gown.
But it was the caption that hit out in a cryptic dig, which could be directed towards Gemma's ex-boyfriend Luca, 24.
"Keep your circle small, no need for fakery here," Louise captioned the post, alongside a red heart emoji.
It comes weeks after Gemma and Luca, who rose to fame on Love Island last year, revealed they had split up.
Gemma later took a major swipe at her ex as she insisted she had "no regrets" about them going their separate ways.
It followed weeks of speculation amongst fans that Gemma and Luca were a "fake" couple after a former star gave a bombshell interview about the surviving couples.
Paige Thorne sensationally claimed that one of the show's final couples were actually faking their relationship.
She took a swipe at the finalists saying one pair had already secretly split already, just weeks after the show.
The 24-year-old coyly said: "All I’m going to say is, there are how many couples left, three? Really there are only two."
Later, a body language expert claimed that the relationship between Gemma and Luca was being faked for the cameras.

Darren, who works with Betfair Casino, said: “Gemma and Luca, meanwhile, appeared much more reserved with one another and there is a lack of authenticity between both when it comes to their non-verbal body language - something which we have seen become more prevalent in recent weeks.
“Gemma and Luca seemed to be the couple most aware of the photographers as their stances are the most posed out of all the couples - almost like they were famous actors or rock stars returning to the UK.
"Both seem to be enjoying the limelight and adulation they’ve received since leaving the villa and their matching outfits would suggest the duo seem set on showing a united front to the public following their time together on the series.”
