ACTOR Barry Keoghan has split up with his girlfriend following rows about his partying and flirting with another woman.
The star, Oscar-nominated for his role as a troubled youngster in hit black comedy The Banshees of Inisherin, is said to have struggled in his three-year relationship with partner Alyson Kierans.
The pair, who have an 11-month-old son, argued over his late nights out and she now suspects he has grown close to a nurse.
Sources close to them described the split as “incredibly sad” but said they were both “determined to do the best for their son”.
One said: “They’ve grown apart over recent months and things have finally come to a head.

“His partying caused arguments.
“Alyson also suspects he has got close to someone else and is adamant there is no going back.
“As far as she’s concerned, it’s over.”
Barry, 30, who won a Bafta for his role alongside fellow Dubliner Colin Farrell, 47, in last year’s Banshees film, met Alyson, 35, in a London bar in September 2021.
She was a Harley Street orthodontist, while he had already won acclaim for roles in mini-series Chernobyl and hit movie Dunkirk.
Their son was born in August last year and they moved to Dundee, where Alyson has family, just months later.
But cracks began emerging as Barry celebrated the stunning success of Banshees.
His portrayal of abused islander Dominic Kearney bagged him the best supporting actor Bafta in February.
Barry — taken into care aged 12 after his mum’s drugs death — said in his acceptance speech: “This is for my son, Brando, for my mother, and also for the kids that are dreaming to be something from the area that I came from.”
A month later, the film received nine Oscar nominations, including Barry for best supporting actor.

The film’s director Martin McDonagh described Barry as “one of the best actors of his generation in the world today, let alone in Ireland”.
The source added: “Barry was on a massive high after the film’s success and deservedly so.
“However, his relationship with Alyson has suffered.”
