EDDIE HEARN has admitted to being an "a***hole" at school - but denied bullying famous glamour model Jodie Marsh.
Hearn went to Brentwood School as the son to sports promoter Barry.

She told Liquid Bullet Productionz: "The one person that has never apologised to me and who was the main ring leader of all the bullies was Eddie Hearn."
But in an interview with The Guardian, father-of-two Hearn said: “I was an a***hole. Brash. Threw my weight around.

Hearn grew up watching dad Barry dominate the snooker, darts and later boxing world, travelling the world with him.
So it proved hard for him to show respect in the classroom as he admitted: “I’m looking at the teachers thinking, ‘Who are you telling me? Dad’s Barry Hearn. What are you, a teacher?’ I hate myself for that.”
Hearn started as a golf manager before moving into the family business to promote online poker.
But in 2010 - after a meeting with Audley Harrison - he promoted his first fight, which the heavyweight lost to David Haye.

It would spark a new era for Matchroom Boxing, with Hearn now at the helm his Hall of Fame father first created.
Hearn is currently one of the top promoters in the world, staging super-fights for Anthony Joshua, Canelo Alvarez and others.
In 2018, he left Sky Sports for streaming service DAZN, striking a UK and US network partnership, something his dad never achieved.
He said: “No UK boxing promoter had ever done a major network TV deal in America.

"I needed to do shows worldwide, cos he never done that. So I went and did that.
"So I know now if you say to anyone who knows boxing, ‘Who achieved more in boxing, who is the bigger promoter?’ everyone says, ‘Eddie Hearn.’"
