Its shock axing comes after the programme's creators and showrunner were at the centre of a number of complaints from staff.
Everything we know about Jerrod CarmichaelChris Kelly and Sarah Schneider had been accused of verbally abusing members of production on set.
Following the reports to HR a formal investigation was reportedly carried out but the pair were ultimately cleared of any wrongdoing.
The Hollywood Reporter has said the decision to cancel The Other Two is not linked with the accusations.
The programme sees two siblings struggle to get through life as Cary tries to land acting jobs while his sister Brooke simply struggles in general.
But their world is turned upside down when their youngest sibling Chase finds internet fame overnight.
In a statement, a spokesperson for HBO said: “We are so proud to have delivered a hilarious and poignant third and final season of The Other Two.
"With its creative and out-of-the-box commentary about the entertainment industry, Chris Kelly and Sarah Schneider masterminded a staple in pop culture that continuously reached new heights and resonated with so many.
"While the series has come to its natural conclusion, we wish all the best for this wonderful cast and crew.”
The spokesperson would not be drawn on the allegations against the show's creators.
